Description

Whole Dehydrated chili of light to slightly dark brown color, flavor and aroma penetrating of the pepper free of impurities and strange materials. The drying is made in furnaces in which the fruit is exposed to hot air currents from 60 to 70 °C, obtaining a product with low humidity.

Color: Light to slightly dark brown

Flavor/Aroma: Penetrating to habanero chile

Texture: Slightly smooth to crunch
