    Pre-cooling, storage and shipping. 

    Precooling is different from refrigeration, and is the key to extending product life. Our lemons are stored between 9 and 12 ° C (48 to 54 ° F).   

    Shelf life.

    40 days for the green product in refrigeration. Approximately 30 days of the product at destination. Lemons are shipped 3 days after harvest, greens at physiological maturity. If you prefer a particular degree of maturity, let us know.
